The only thing that matters is bringing the Diamond suit home for one loser. You're home free if Diamonds break 2-2 or 3-1 one. However, a 4-0 break could present a problem.
Win the top spade, cross with the Ace of Hearts and lead the Jack of Diamonds.
If it gets covered, win the Ace, cross with a club and lead the 8 of Diamonds.

Expanding on what richard said, they will duck the D8 if they have all 4 diamonds leaving you an entry short to set up and enjoy the diamonds. On the plus side you now have 2 spades, 3 hearts, 3 diamonds, and 3 clubs and havent lost a trick yet. Now you duck a spade to rectify the count for a squeeze on LHO if he has 5+ spades and 4+ clubs. You have 3-3 clubs to fall back on if that doesn't work.

Bravo gents..and the best pards are those that play declarer superbly, while not expecting dummy to hold more than 50% of the needed cards they dream off and understand basic defence and signalling.
