BBO Yellow Cascade has wirtten a very nice and easy to use utility named Linconverter.exe that will help with converting bbo lin files to a format that post here nicely (or in plain text, etc). You can download this utility from this page (as well as read about it).

As always, you should be wary of downloading executable files from the internet. But I, and many others, have used this program for years and it is perfectly safe. Ask others about it here or on the BBO if you have concerns. Or talk to Wayne Burrows directly (he is cascade).
