MBT start times Clock is fast

Money Bridge Tournaments are supposed to start at :00, :15, :30, and :45. They actually start at :59, :14, :29, and :44. Call me anal, but could someone reset the clock on the server?

Server is running NTP to keep synchronism.

Rechecked, right to the second.

It isnt the server clock; it is the way i decide when a time has arrived. I'll take a look at some point but all T-start times are only +/- a minute
