Are there any casinos which have bridge games? I guess it is mostly rubber...

No. It's not anywhere near popular enough to be profitable to the casinos in comparison to slots, table games, poker, and the other usual casino games.

On the other hand, I believe the bridge pro tour is based in Las Vegas. Last I heard they were running individual games for money.

BPT is still in operation? They didn't have a tournament at the last couple of NABCs, so I assumed they went out of business.
