I recently bought a new laptop (HP Pavillion dv2000), and installed Brigde Base .
Everything whent without a problem, but when i connect i cant see people chatting, also when i enter a game i keep getting a message saying "Connection Lost" as a result i get booted out of the game. I still have my old laptop and have no such problems. I use the same internet connection, using a wireless router, there is no problem with the connection with any other application. I have consulted technical support for the laptop, and they say there is no problem, yet the problem with bridgebase persists
Has anyone got a similar problem, and if you do do you have a solutiuon

Can you see the lobby list before you get booted?
Try connecting the laptop to the router with a wire and see if the problem goes away. If it does, there may be a problem with the wireless connection on the new PC

I can see the lobby, but the chat area is blank, i also tried connecting with a wire, i get the same problem. while im in the lobby, after a minute or so i get the message from BBO your connection has been lost and then it reconnects. The laptop is brand new, ive had it two days and the only thing ive installed so far is BBO.
