The VuGraph records are much more fun for me WITH
comments. They can be found at
http://bridgebase04....81/vug/?C=M;O=D
you get there in BBO via Lobby -- Explore Bridge --
Library -- Vugraph archives -- All recent broadcasts
(a little too hard to find!).
Unfortunately if you downlaod and try to play back,
things are garbled, missing hands, incomplete things,
comments from other tables.
Such a shame, a record of VuGraph with the excellent
and fun comments from commentators like brolucius
would be a joy to have.

The synchronisation of comments with play only seems to work properly when there is only one table being broadcast. I have no idea why that is the case.
Disclaimer: The above post may be a half-baked sarcastic rant intended to stimulate discussion and it does not necessarily coincide with my own views on this topic.

fred is aware of the bug, but if I understand him correctly, this is not a trivial thing to rectify. Maybe he can tell us when he returns from Verona some time next week.
It also seems strange that you, when you're in the closed room of the vugraph theatre, see "Open Room" upper left until the first board has been displayed. Then it all changes, player names included.
There is probably a logical explanation.

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice
