The speedball line (i.e. the one I thought about 30 seconds over) is

Heart to the ace
AQ of clubs ditching something useless from dummy
Heart up

That goes off only when clubs are 4-4 with East having the CJ and West the DA
If clubs are 6-2 with LHO having 6 I shall have to have a rethink

The H10 lead after North bid hearts naturally doesn't feel like it's from 10x.

West did not lead only unbid suit ♦, very likely he holds ♦A.
I will win ♥J, small ♠ to Ace (if west dropped Q, i will duck), cash ♣K, ♥A, ♣A, lead 3rd ♥ to dummy, if West holds ♥K (my hope) he has to win and exit with 4th ♥ or ♠. At this moment i have to think about the hand, maybe the best chance is to play ♠K and exit with 3rd ♠, wish it's west holding last ♠. Anyway you still has chance to finesse ♦ even if East wins 3rd ♠.

Makes if West has King to four hearts, Qx(x) of spades or any 3 spades, doesn't matter where Ace of diamonds is. Makes with some adverse layouts, but Ace of diamonds in East.

I thought about this line too, but i gave it up because i found west will return ♦ instead of ♣ after winning 3rd ♠. You will be a trick short then.

My speedball line:

I win the heart jack in hand and play a spade up. If west plays the queen I duck, else I win, cash the club king and exit with a low spade. And then I hope.
