Software CD's failing on Toshiba M60 Reese & Jannersten install ok,run abort

Nasty problem here with my new laptop, I guess related to copy protection stuff and double layer DVD writer, anyone reported that yet ?

The software installs ok but want not to run, the error message is the usual from XP asking to report to Miscrosoft an application failure.

Hi. Your best course of action is to drop sheri@ an email explaining the problem (mention the product name & language, your OS).

She's off travelling to Verona but she'll get to her mail in a day or two and will likely be able to help.
