The bidding goes:
2! - pass - 2! - 3
2 = 6+ or 5+4 any, preemptive
2 = searching for the second suit, usualy (3)4+

What is 3?

Natural.
But you're in the wrong forum to ask the question.

Only the moderators can do that, and I don't see anyone online. Send a private message to inquiry and ask him to delete it. You can start a new thread in another forum before if you like.

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice

Ben was very quick, well done!

3 is natural. Double of 2 should also show spades, but with a hand that's not good enough to bid at the 3-level. As a general rule (with a couple of exceptions) I play double of an artificial bid as showing a suit.

Not for me. I need a better and/or longer spade suit. I would double.

I agree with Roland.
For me 3 Spade had been at least 5 realy good spades with no better bid avaiable, but mostly at least 6 or more. Double had shown this hand.
Kind Regards

Roland
