Personally, I will ask for undo's only when the misclick is adjacent to the bid or card that I would have chosen. This, to my mind. leaves no doubt as to my intentions or the naure of my request.
I usually allow undo's unless it is clear that so much info has been transmitted that it "seems" likely that the requester has changed their mind and wants to try a "better" option. This is highly subjective and prone to error but since it is never a life or death situation, I can use my judgement freely.

You can find numerous threads about allowing undo's. No real point in making a new one...

If dummy has KJx and RHO has AQ, and plays the Q under the K, I think it's more likely that he was anticipating you finessing the J and played too quickly, rather than misclicking, even though the cards are adjacent. At least, that's been the case every time I played the Q like that.
