paying for GIB -5?????

contract 7d by north on a low club lead...stone cold...gib managed to go 5 down! I have sent an email to support @ bbo...will let u know the outcome as to why I am paying $18 for this declarer play!!! :blink:

Sorry about this, but as far as we can tell the problem you experienced has nothing to do with GIB. This is a problem with the BBO client program (one that we did not know about until your post).

Can you please tell me if you use "autoplay singletons"?
