Just out of curiosity. I'm sure this is explained somewhere, but I have not yet found it. Why are certain dinner suggestions appearing below everyone's names?

I went to a Thai restuarant this weekend. Had a wondeful meal with three appetizers and two entree's. One of the entree's was su ew with pork. All was fine until my wife picked up the bill to pass it to me, and had a puzzled look on her face. I took the bill from her and saw what she saw... the item in biggest letter was...

Guess we should add that one. By the way, P-ew was wonderful.
