Sry, the bidding by west does not
make any sense, either he is ripe
for the psychatry or he is to clever
for me.

I will lead the Ace of spade, maybe
I will know to which category west
belongs if dummy hits the table.

PS: The only sensible hand West can
hold is a hand with spade void, and +3
card support for partner, and either 6-4
or 5-4 in the minors, because he did not
bid 2NT in the 1st round.
