Many pairs do not use transfers here but instead use an artificial 2♣ rebid. For example Gazilli, Bart, etc.

Hi,
first of all, what is the meaning of 1NT.
Is it standard, i.e. non-forcing or forcing.
If it is non-forcing, transfer are fairly
useless opener describes further and asks
for a preference.
If it is forcing, an artificial continuatoion would
make sense as a enquiry, what is hidden in 1NT.
With kind regards
Marlowe
PS: I have left out the option, that you play
a strong 1C system, in which case 1NT could be
an artifical game force, asking opener to describe
his shape further, ... there is a special section,
on the forum to ask such a question, ... if this context
would be relevant for you.

The 1N would be non forcing acol style, so 6-9 ish. Was wondering if anyone used any methods after this sequence, or if natural bidding is the best way.
