We will soon make Money Bridge available on the main BBO server (as opposed to only on our test server), but not clear yet when we will start to allow people to play for real money. This could happen in the next couple of days, but it is also possible that this is still weeks away. Also not clear when we will start distributing a Money Bridge enabled version of the BBO client program by automatic download to all members (most likely this won't be for at least another 10 days or so).

Unless something goes horribly wrong with testing today, it is likely that Uday will install a new version of the BBO server that is Money Bridge enabled late tonight (New York time). After that, if people want to play Money Bridge on BBO will be able to do so without logging in to our test server.

We are hoping that the availability of Money Bridge on the main BBO server will encourage more people to test this and make it easier for people to find others to play with in Money Bridge games.

The main purpose of 4.6.6 is to prepare for Money Bridge on our main server. However, there are a few changes worth noting:

- Several people have suggested that GIB's play is "too fast to follow" at Money Bridge tables when the play gets to trick 6 or so (especially when one of the humans is dummy) . Version 4.6.6 forces a slight delay between each card and a slightly longer delay at the end of each trick.

- Some new options for customizing the way FD automatically displays explanations of bids. Click the CONV button followed by the Options... command in the little menu that appears in order to access these new options. I think these options are pretty much self-explanatory. If you have questions, please make a Forums post. If I can't answer then I am sure someone else will.

- More bug fixes including one that has been around forever: occasionally the MOVIE button would remain disabled and the table score would not be displayed after joining a duplicate table.

On Monday I will start playing in a series of tournaments that will take up most of my time for the next 4 weeks. It is not unlikely that there will be one more beta release before I leave. I suggest you use the first method, but however you do this, please make sure you exit the BBO program COMPLETELY before you start the download process.
