System overview Useful links anyone?

I've played bridge for more than 10 years, precision and Modern Norwegian standard. Right now, internet is the only place I have time to play and I need to know mor about 2/1. A couple of norwegians has published their 2/1 book but I don't have a clue whether this is the standard used on BBO.

The 2/1 system introduced on BBO pages doesn't tell me whether 5 card major suits are allowed within 1 NT openings. So here is my question; does anyone have a more detailed system overview, by link to or as a document?

i open 1nt with 5cM and 5332 regardless of what my p plays :rolleyes:
