Some improvements and bug fixes to the GIB double dummy facility:

- new options for how GIB displays the results of its analysis (one of these options makes the GIB display look identical to how Deep Finesse did things)
- you can now use GIB for double dummy analysis when you open .lin files with the BBO application
- when you click GIB and the play progresses before GIB has completed its analysis, you can look at the pile of played tricks - GIB will "catch up" with the play of the hand.

Some other bugs have been fixed as well.

I suggest you use the first method, but however you do this, please make sure you exit the BBO program COMPLETELY before you start the download process.
