I play now with my partner (suppose no bidding by opps):
1x-2M : 4-8 and 6cardM
1x-1M-any-2M : 9-11 and 6card M
1x-1M-any-3M : GF and 6card M
But is it really that interesting?:
- What to bid with weak hand (eg 6 HCP) and 6=4=x=x or 4=6=x=x ? If you jump then you hide your other 4 card M; if you don't jump and repeat your M then you would promise more.
- Most of the time we can also show a GF 6card M through 4th suit forcing or via 2♣ after partner bids 1NT

Don't you play checkback of some sort? This makes helps for a lot of such problems...

Unusual treatment: would it not be easier to use NMF or FSF? The standard treatment for this is invitational.

"1x-1M-any-3M : GF and 6card M"
self-sufficient trump suit (1 losser), invitational, as for me.

If you play xyz, 1m-1M-1?-3M shows self-sufficient M (at most one loser). 1m-1M-1?-2D-?-3M, not so great (but 6+)M
