00002, with the hand you showed, pard passes and pulls the penalty double to 5♥
Anyway, the interesting thing about forcing passes is everybody agrees to play them, but then doesn't discuss what they show, lol
I myself have no clear ideas on the subject, but there's a few examples on Robson/Segal's book on how to use them. Basically they advocate something like:
Pass:
Offensive hand (high ODR), but would pass pard's penalty double. Usually a singleton in opps's suit, and a relatively min hand. Example for this case:
Axxx
Kxxx
x
KQxx
Double:
Defensive values (low ODR), possibly a trump trick, chances of misfit in side suits. Example:
QJxx
Kxxx
x
KQxx
5♥ bid:
Offensive hand, not interested in penalizing opps, but too little for a slam. Extra trumps or shape likely. Example:
Axxx
Kxxxx
--
Qxxx
Pass + pull penalty double:
Slam try. Example: 00002's hand,
Axxx
Kxxx
---
Kxxxx
As for what to do with Kx AQxxx Qxxx Ax, I'd either pass or bid 6, depending on how lucky I feel. Usually I'd pass.

did you deem the underside hand better 1trick than the upside hand?
I don't think so.
