Well, this is a very simple problem for me: over 2♥, I would just bid 2NT.

Yes, I might see opps taking out the first 6-7 tricks if pard passes this, but in all other cases pard will have a clear pic of what I have and can rise to the occasion. Besides, if he's worried about stoppers, he can always cue 3♥ to check if my "stopper" is a joke or not :rolleyes:
