I guess I am playing Roth Stone and did not open a weak 2 spades. Partner is allowed to bid again.

Why not - favorable - if you have 5 spades, you would compete to 4S - of course it is natural.
I don't agree with the original Pass, but that's not relevant.

On my experience 1-suiter opposite 2-suiter do awfully, yet this one might prove different, But I'll take my chaces at 4♥ hoping ♠A is worth 2 tricks.

Hi,
I will put it this way, partner showed 10 cards in the
minors, I denied a 6 card suit, unless a rotten one,
and now it should be possible to bid 4S in search
for a 5-3 fit? Meaning I play partner for a 3-0-5-5
shape?
The only thing that makes sense for me is, that
4S is a lead director in case they bid 5H over 5C/5D.

Looks like pard will be able to find his singleton spade lead. That makes 2 tricks to start off. Problem is whether he'll be able to find another two.
It depends on what pard usually bids 2NT on. If he's solid, I'll take my chances on defense. If he's a bit reckless, I'll take insurance and bid 5♣.
