Playing against Pratap / Landen:

Pratap plays in 3 after a 4th seat opener, a Drury sequence and pard's balancing of 3.

Pard leads the 3, small, King, 4. I fire the 10 and we get our club ruff. I exit with the diamond, and declarer floats the J, covered and won. Now the Q and a small spade.

Can you see how you can affect the outcome?

HIDE THAT 2!. On the Q and A I played the 8 and J. Declarer naturally played me for a 3=4=4=2 and hooked into pard's 10.

I think declarer made a mistake. With a 3=1=5=4, my pard would make a TOx of 2 (or 1 for that matter).

Still, chalk up a loss. Teammates blew the defense to 3 (don't ask me how).
