Alerts Opening NT alerts

I need an official clarification for NT Opening alerts and I am sure to find the answer here :D

ACBL now requires the partner of the NT opener to announce the pair's opening NT range when his partner opens 1NT.

1. Could anyone tell me the WBF policy regarding 1NT openings?

and

2. What protocol do we follow at BBO regarding announcing/alerting 1NT bids?
(My thought was that we were to alert any non 15-17 NT opening.)

Is this before or after the introduction of Full Disclosure?

Ideally, 6 monthes from now most players will have FD files available documenting whatever system that they are playing.

Pick-up partnerships and beginners will (hopefully) gravitate towards "canned" system system files. More serious partnerships may chose to edit more complete files documenting their specialized agreements.

In either case, the FD file will automatically announce their NT range...

ABF regs (which are largely based on WBF) state that NT opening must be PRE-ALERTED, but I can't find anything specific yet in the WBF docs. I'll keep looking.
