2H is weak and undisciplined - any 6 card suit, 5-10. I don't have a generator so as a favor could someone run this as a 2S overcall and see how many times action results in a good result verses a poor result?

when you say run it as undisciplined do you mean to set the two heart bidder as having only 1/3 top honors, no honors inheart suit, or any six card suit?

Yes, it's not friendly to pass your opponent's 2H transfer to spades.

I would pass, because I overcall very solid, to run a simulation, you have to program some kind of behaviour for the other players, and I doubt many will want to do that work.
