Bear of a hand. I con't convince myself that this comes even remotely close to an 18 count.

Passing looks like +50 exactly, but my pard with his golden arm is on lead, so it might be -80.

Commiting this hand to 2N doubling first seems wrong to me. Normal defense is to knock out the K♠ and get in with the probable A♦ and cash a few more. +120 is possible I guess, but they probably make a 6th trick in the wash for a certain AVE -.

I think I'm trying a really offbeat 2♣ and I can see a Vondracek-style 2♦. Either of these could be really silly on a Burn's Fit, but chances are we have at least a Moysian in both. LHO surely gives me an opening trick on lead and I should be able to scramble 7 more. I'll probably pass 2♥ if pard bids it; he should be able to scramble a few tricks - hopefully his heart spots are decent.

I kind of like Jimmy's ultra-underbid of 1N too.
