Again it is MP so vulnerability should not influence your decision much.

3C. 4S could work well, but partners club holding will be the key to this hand.

3♣. The raise to 2♠ is not strong, but we may still have a game on if partner, just for once, has the values we need. Strong raises to at least 2♠ go through 2♦, or 2♥ if you play transfer advances.

And this time I even remembered to vote!

3c but with lho passing and rho passing, feel comfortable with 4s as close second choice.

playing kokish, i'd be forced to bid 3H short suit try or 4S... since 3H wasn't an option, i'd bid 4S

Pass, assuming that we are playing transfer advances so that 2S is a weak raise. (where are the hearts?)
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

PASS! Where are the points??? RHO opened, partner is weak, and LHO passed. I think LHO might have a penalty pass over 1♠ already, so I'll stay low.

I think 3♣ is a nice option, but I will bid 4♠.
I don't want opps to have change to show 6 or 7 card ♥ suit over my 3♣.
Let them try to find out at 5 level.
