multilanguage rules how to make them?

In one tournament after selecting 'tournament rules' you could chose language. I would like to make such a multilanguage rules for mine too. How can you make it in .lin file, anyone knows? I just need 2 links for two different parts of the file.

Or maybe someone could place somehwere on web his more complicated .lin rules file, so others could check most of the syntax?
