I am regularly being penalised for no fault of mine.I have always been courtius with all on the table , been always serious and never been faulted for cheating but every now and then I have been barred from playing. Yes my Internet service provider had been faulting in that I frequently got disconnected during play.But does BBO not have any inkling as to why the particular player did not respond or has he left wiyhout taking leave.
Please help.

You have been "banned" (not quite the right word in this context) four times. All four time where issued automatically by the software without biases and without making a judgement.

The first three "bans" were all for failing to complete more than half the tourneys you played in. Each of these three automatic bans only blocked your ability to play in tourneys for a small amount of time.

The latest ban is due the same problem but in the main room, where you very frequently failed to finish hands you started. Once you bid, you are expected to finish the hand. Again, you are not really banned, you simply can't play in the main room. Vugraph, and club rooms are open to you.

Everyone who abandons games too frequently will get the same treatment you got by the software. But I think there might be a procedural problem here.. .if you leave as dummy, the software still considers that as abandoning the game during play. Of course, if you do this a few times, it will not be enough to trip the software to issue the "ban".... but you may want to keep that in mind.

Justin's advice is correct, you may write abuse, but I think in the long run the short penalty you got will probably be over before abuse can get back to you anyway. The best thing to do is to try your best to leave tables after one hand is over and before you bid on the next.
