2 says " 5+,10+hcp,16-TPs ".
Only five cards suit? If it really is 5-card suit,2 will be very danger. I think it is impossible.
At least,2 must be a decent suit with 6+cards.
Decent suit should have 3 of 5 honors and 2 of 3 top cards.
So I think the definitions of 2 is 6+ with 2 top cards,10+hcp,16-TPs".

I have different opinions on this.
There are too many " rebiddable " we can't understand.
There are too many " twice rebiddable " which is to reduce the standard or the quality of suit.
In the other word,both of twice rebiddable and rebiddable are fuzzy definitions,it often let players caught in dilemma.
Here we can get better definition on it,why not applied?
