Unlucky to go for 800 on this hand. On a different lie of the cards, this could only go for 500.

west does not have 10+ needed for 3c so passes. east assumes 4333 so passes since 24/23 hcp total.
par for the GUBBO course. oft-quoted "we are all in the same boat".
