a new take on 1m-1M-2NT GUBidding

The 2NT rebid is obviously wrong, was chosen because every rebid is 'wrong'. Probably better in GIB's case to just have a 3NT rebid be allowable on a 6 card suit that isn't solid. I don't think that's actually the best bid (better is like 2C then 2N), but I think it's right to keep GIB from opening or rebidding notrump with a 6 card minor in general.
