On a Mac, use the "Emojis and Symbols" command from the "Edit" menu.

Click here for instructions for Windows

I found that by googling "windows how to type emojis"

Also semicolon right bracket for ;)
But I'm old fashioned, and like a nose so use :-).
In chromium on Qt5 (KDE + linux) I haven't figured out green dragons yet. Almost worth changing OS for.

No need to change: 🀅 = MAHJONG TILE GREEN DRAGON -- Character code U+1F005
Easiest to enter via KDE application KCharSelect.

You must know the rules well - so that you may break them wisely!

Many thanks Bill, installed this and it works a treat. I'm happy now.

and fwiw on a Mac option 266 0123456789 gives a nice collection of symbols including all of the SHDC, but in monochrome - but you can change the colour! - and size manually.
