You don't believe me, because of all of the other threads referring to what people think is the worst bug ever.

But I actually mean it.

Basic robots, 100% replicable at a bidding table.

Looks like solid bidding to me. B-) I wouldn't change a bid by E-W. The East hand is almost worth bidding 8 opposite 29-30 points. I would complain to the director about the unsporting double by South.

Well, to be fair to the robots (lol) maybe this is just the worst bid ever, namely 4S. The rest sort of follows from that.

How can this be the worst? Per the explanations given for each of the bids there are only two kooky bids in this auction, 4 and 5. If 5 does, in fact, show 29 points then the 7 bid is perfectly reasonable. What I don't get is that the 7 bot seems to be interpreting the 5 bid as showing 29 as per the explanation. So, why does the other bot bid it, if that's what it actually shows?

Was there not an explanation given about 4S? That seems to be the bid that started the train rolling.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.

No, no definition at all (this part was also replicated at a bidding table). Have seen humans get into trouble making undefined bids, but not GIB..
