It would help if you read my post in context of the rest of the thread.

I said play AQ BECAUSE I was responding to Foobar's post where there was a stiff 10, I wouldn't have suggested playing the Q if I didn't ALREADY know that. I'd have done something different if it hadn't been the case, I can choose after the first round.

In an MP challenge match, on a deal like this,
both Souths played in 6♠ and West led a ♣.
There were no voids but both declarers missed the dummy-reversal, for the overtrick
