I have get used to the new App interface and it is quite ok. Many things have been improved, but there is one issue that causes some problem for non native english players. The app forces people who have thier non english language set for thier device to use the translated version of the app. For some languages the translation is not fitted to the interface. So you just see parts of the words. They get truncated in both ends. Also one gets a mixture of the native language and english as some english is hardcoded into the app.

The solution to this should be quite simple. Let the user chose to to use the english version of the app. As the software is prepared for different languages this should be a quite simple fix. That would help us non native english players a lot. If you are a non native english player who sees this as problem, please support this request.

Thanks developers!

Many international tournaments offer a live video feed of some othe tables. Together wiith the picture in picture feature in newer devices one can watch that live feed and the bbo vuegraph at the same time. BUT as bbo for some reason block other sound/video sorces when it playes a card (to make its card sound) the live feed is stooped. The ios is capable to handle this so it should just be a minor change to fix this.

That the bbo app stops other sound playing apps is anoying in some other ares to, like listenig/watching news etc...

The app takes the language of the device. If you set your device in English, the app will also be in English.

That said, we'll look into the truncated translations and pass to developers the suggestion to choose language as a setting.

Turn off sound effects in the BBO app and it shouldn't interfere with other apps that use sound.

Yes, that is an option. But it has many drawbacks to not run the device i the local/native language.

Actually it might be more work to let the user choose the language.
All that is needed is a checkbox "do not use device language", wich can be a much cheaper fix.

Yes that sounds like a reasonable simple improvement.
