Advanced Robots, IMPs.

Interesting bid here. The 2 is with a weak 3-card suit, and doesn't show hearts at all in the description. And yet, west thinks it's fine to just leave it there, when I'd think it should've been an obvious correct back to 2. Currently at 9.3 IMPs for this, but not all tables done playing yet.

Excellent description of 2 bid by GIB. Repeats the message of the original 1 bid in case partner wasn't paying attention to the first bid. Clearly partner also was not paying attention to the 2nd bid after passing 2 bid so the effort was wasted. Maybe West got hit with a power surge that fried circuits, or maybe GIB got hacked by the Russians.

This is slightly different situation. But there have been recent posts where one Gib has bid both majors and clearly other Gib should put in 1st but passes. BBO lookin in to.
Sarcasm is a state of mind

Weird. Basic GIB bids 2 instead of 2. But also corrects 2 to 2 if it is bid. Sometimes the advanced robots seem worse than the basic ones.. must have fallen asleep while simulating hands.
