Partial Stopper? Robot Bidding

I've played with some robot bidding that leaves me scratching my head:

Opponents silent -- 1D-2D-2S-"2NT, says the robot with Qx of hearts," and opponents take five hearts off the top when I bid 3NT with my 16 HCPs and singleton heart. The robot bidding is so frustrating sometimes.
