Gib doesn't handle distributional hands well quite often.

Yikes. steve2005, I would say that's true in terms of later bidding.. but it's pretty consistent when opening. How could it possibly pass that :/

Edit - OK, maybe I was wrong about it being consistent. Basic GIB passes as dealer with a 13 card solid spade suit. So who knows what the rules are.

The not-opening of the first hand is being fixed soon. The bug was kind of silly, and had to do with hands with 2 singletons.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.
