Explanation doesn't match hand

I've seen this sort of thing before where GIB indicates it's playing some sort of canape responses to takeout doubles. I created this diagram using the full editor. Human is South. All other seats are GIB. There were explanations for all the bids which more or less correctly described the hands which I have omitted. Note the explanation of the final 4♥ bid.
