comments? maybe GIBid is ok. I have club shortness, max 4d, 5+ hearts etc. thus marked with spade support. Not sure what a double of 3D by me would be.

N double - I can penalize 1 or more minors
S double - I have this minor
EW are rightfully toast on this hand.
Why doesn't Gib double 2N? How does it think 3X and vul will fare?
If it can't double 2N should still pass and defend 3. It still has good defense for clubs so unlikely making unless E has really good hand for . 3 has no play without N having 4 even then E likely too to have 4 and N has very few tricks unless somehow the clubs setup, so 3 really unlikely to make. Any simulation will show 3 a very bad bet even giving south a better hand with 4.
