Directors come to the table during a game. How do u summon a director?

Or in some countries, "Arbitre!"

The question is in the BBO tournaments forum, so I presume the question is how to do it within the interface. I don't know the answer, however.

There's a "Director" button in the row of buttons between the playing area and the chat area.

On mobile click the Table button, there's an option to Call TD there.
