Can't play Day 2 of 3 NABC Practice Tournament Error #2048

I don't know if this post belongs in the Support forum, but I am getting error message #2048 in trying to play Day 2 of 3 of the NABC Practice tournament.

I attempted to play at around 08:40 EDT, and got the error message. It made the table appear, but before any hands appeared, I was kicked out with the error message.

What is going on here?

If you click the play button again are you still booted? These errors are usually temporary, after a few seconds table opens and player is able to play.

We'll check on our side to make sure all is well.
