BBO Fatal Error BBOWizard.surf error #2036

For the past week I have been losing connection to BBO after a minute or so. I have tried logging in via Edge and Google Chrome - if anything Chrome is even worse. I have now got the message BBOWizard.Surf Error #2036. Any help please?

That is a network error. You have poor connection and some elements of bbo fail to load. When this happens you'll see various errors similar to that one.

Not much BBO can do to improve your connectivity. Email support@bridgebase.com and they'll send you a list of suggestions to troubleshoot your connection. However if the internet connection is bad by default you can't really fix it on your side.
