Hi - We are about to hold the ABF Zonals in cape Town (May 6-11). We will have two matches (4 tables) on BBO Vugraph. The BBO Operators will sometimes have to handle a claim by a player. The current interface suggests "I claim all of the remaining tricks" and allows you to decrease/increase using LESS/MORE controls. It would be a lot easier if the interface simply asked for confirmation of the total number of tricks made (e.g. 10 in the case of say 4S making) rather than the balance of tricks being claimed.

Since you currently have to use the old version of BBO to operate vugraph, and we stopped making any changes to this many years ago, we won't be able to do anything to improve it until we create a whole new Vugraph operator application (either as part of the next BBO version that we're working on, or as a separate, standalone application).

We expect to work closely with Jan Martel, who runs all the ACBL vugraphs, in the redesign.
