Diamonds trumps. North on lead. Declarer needs four of the last five tricks.

The K forces east to discard

a/ a heart in which case declarer can lead the jack pinning the 10, pitching a spade and establishing the 7.

b/ a spade in which case if west pitches

i/ a heart then declarer can lead a low heart pitching a spade and felling the Q establishing the J.

ii/ a spade now A and another establishes south's J with the 2 (trump) as entry.

Does anyone have a name for this position?

It is an automatic double trump squeeze without the count.

I will guess that it known as a 'Double Trump Guard Squeeze' but I am probably wrong. It's very nice though.

Thank you Cascade.
It's a pretty ending, I've not seen before.
I agree that it's an automatic double-squeeze without the count.
In this variant, a winner replaces the trump winner
