I has been discussed on such similar evaluating issues many times in the past on this forum.
Obviously, Helene point is correct, 3♣ as 11+TPs is a rediculous evaluation.
Why?
In fact, Gib's TP evaluating is a kind of unchanged methods, just like a zombie !
For this hand, ONLY when with suits fits, such evaluating is often reasonable. But when without suits fits, it's really rediculous.

Any ideas?
