WiFi at my club Signing in by IPad rekected by local area network

Our club server does obviously not accept to connect my iPad to bbo address.
What to do to authorize connection and what is the link address?
It works well at home and all other locations

The mobile app uses ports 3336 and 80, so you should allow these ports through your firewall. We have a variety of servers, and their addresses change sometimes, so it wouldn't be a good idea to put them in your filters.
