Some people may say this was an anti-percentage play, but maybe BBO just needs to increase the voltage being sent to the memory chips.

I can see why East did it (it would be the only defense if South had AKJxxxx J ATxx x bearing in mind that the gibs don't consider whether it is logical given the play so far), but it just seems bizarre. Maybe West should take some blame covering the jack knowing East has the ace.
