If 1nt shows 11-14, then surely GIB is worth an invite with 12.

(3nt goes down on a heart lead of course, but that's not really relevant.)

Yeah I am aware the balancing ranges and bidding in general are completely screwed up.
Please let me know about any questions or interest or bug reports about GIB.
