Dear Customer Support of BBO,
I have been using a HP Notebook PC Type: HP 250 G1 for more than two years now and I have an ever recurring problem while playing on-line bridge (BBO).
During the play my Notebook crashes from time to time. At crash a message : "Connection disrupted” (Hungarian: Kapcsolat megszűnt) appears on the screen and  I have to start a re-connect procedure - loosing my participation (and scores) in the game.
Nevertheless, during this crash my home internet connection is working well, my wife can be playing bridge with the same BBO on her ASUS Notebook undisturbed.
I already complained several times about this issue at the local HP support. They have tested my Notebook and no defect found. Perhaps your server manager can give me an explanation why I have this phenomenon and proper assistance to fix the problem.
I look forward to your advice and help.
With best regards,

Have you tried using a different browser? That's generally the only advice we can give for problems like this.

Yes, I changed the browser already, and the problem did not stop.

Since it works with your wife's computer on the same Internet connection, it's not a network problem or a problem at our end. It must be an issue with your PC, but it's hard to know what it might be, especially if HP support couldn't find a problem.

When you're logged in, how many bars do you see in the connection quality diagram at the top right corner?

I see 5 bars.
